สำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (กพท.) ได้นำระบบการรายงานด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยการบินโดยสมัครใจ (Voluntary Confidential Reporting System: VCRS) มาใช้เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการรักษาความปลอดภัยการบินพลเรือน (Security Information) ข้อมูลความเสี่ยงด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยการบินพลเรือน รวมถึงเหตุการณ์ และเงื่อนไขที่อาจเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการรักษาความปลอดภัยการบินพลเรือน ซึ่งจะนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาใช้เพื่อยกระดับการรักษาความปลอดภัยการบินพลเรือนของประเทศไทย

          The Voluntary Confidential Reporting System (VCRS) is aimed to use for gathering information concerning the security of civil aviation, encompassing security information, risk factors, incidents, and potential conditions that may hinder the security of civil aviation. This collected data will be used to improve the security standards of civil aviation in Thailand.
