1. How to report suspicious activities: When reporting suspicious activities, the reporter needs to provide a comprehensive description of the observed events, including the following details:
- Who or what was observed.
- When the incident occurred.
- Where the event took place.
- The reasons why the situation is regarded as suspicious.
2. Specify actions taken regarding the incident. Please include any available witnesses, documents, evidence, and personal testimonies related to the incident. (if any)

4. Incidents that are not related to aviation security, such as customer service complaints, issues with tickets, or flight delays, are considered irrelevant to aviation security. Therefore, they will not be addressed through the Voluntary Confidential Reporting System (VCRS). However, individuals wishing to file complaints on matters unrelated to aviation security can do so through the "Complaints and Suggestions" channel on the website
www.caat.or.th.
